Brett Duch, Architect

Brett Duch provides personal services from conceptual design through construction. His philosophy is to help you realize your project, your vision and your budget from design through construction using his 40+ years of experience. Brett will be your building designer, your construction documents designer and your bidding & negotiator. As your architect, he can provide you with the level of services that you require to assist in bringing your project within your budget. He often works closely with client's chosen contractors and works on design/build teams. He has a team of civil engineers, structural engineers and mechanical and electrical engineers that all work toward these goals.
